McHENRY, Md. - The Harford women's basketball team (8-12, 3-7 MD JUCO) used a 51-point second half to claim victory over Garrett (6-15, 1-5 MD JUCO) on the road on Saturday, 83-55. Rachel Cocoros scored a career-high 32 points in the win.

Cocoros' career night came on 12-for-22 shooting, including a magnificent 6-for-9 from long range while pulling in seven rebounds. Maggie Shifflett continued her recent hot streak with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Bree Lewis added 13 points and six assists.

Overall, the Fighting Owls had 20 assists and just 18 turnovers. The return to the hardwood at Anne Arundel in a non-conference tilt on Jan. 24.
