LARGO, Md.—The Harford women's basketball finished the regular season with a 2-0 win by forfeit over Prince George's on Saturday. The Owls were forced to forfeit after sustaining injuries and loss of personnel earlier in the week, which left them with less than the required five players.
The Fighting Owls (7-16, 2-9 MDJUCO) finish the regular season in 11th place in the conference, and have received the No. 10 seed for the MDJUCO Tournament. Harford will travel to face No. 7 Garrett on Tuesday, Feb. 17 for the play-in game at 7:00 p.m. The winner of that game will take on No. 2 Hagerstown on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 7:00 p.m. at Prince George's, the 2009 tournament host.
