The Fighting Owls challenge Baltimore City on Saturday looking to claim their seventh victory of the season, topping last season's six win campaign and equaling the 2008-09 season's seven victories. Harford won nine games in 2006-07 and 16 in 2001-02.
Harford will look for defending MDJUCO Student-Athlete of the Month
Tiffany Taylor to carry the team to the landmark win. She ranks 18th nationally in scoring with 19.5 points per game and 11th with 4.2 steals per game.
Points In The Paint
* Harford collected a 17-point victory, the largest of the season, in the last home game, a 60-43 victory against Catholic JV.
* The Fighting Owls allow an average of 50.6 ppg in their six victories, compared to 65.8 ppg in their 11 losses. The Panthers have scored over 40 points just eight times this year, with a season-high 49 markers in a loss against Rockville.
* The Fighting Owls lone conference win this season came at home in overtime against Garrett, 60-59.
* Tiffany Taylor earned MDJUCO Student-Athlete of the Month in December after averaging 19.5 ppg and 8.9 rpg. Taylor has scored in double digits in all but one contest this season, averaging 19.5 ppg, 7.1 rpg and 4.2 spg overall.
* Tiff Smith ranks third on the team with 9.2 ppg and first with 7.2 rpg. She netted two double-doubles in her first two games this season, both Harford victories.

Taylor Time
Tiffany Taylor is making a strong case as the best player in the conference in just her first collegiate season.
The freshman guard ranks 18th in the nation in scoring with 19.5 ppg and 11th in steals with 4.2 spg.
Taylor is averaging more than 20 ppg in home games, where five of the team's six wins have happened. She has also tallied 42 of her team-best 71 steals inside the Susquehanna Center.
She also provided one of the most vivid memories in the history of the building when she tallied a school-record 41 points in a 60-59 overtime victory over Garrett in December. She added 10 rebounds and five steals in the win.
In her last game, Taylor flirted with a triple-double for the fourth time this year. She finished with 26 points on a career-high five 3-pointers to go along with 10 rebounds and six steals.
In her first career game, Taylor scored 29 points, had 10 steals and eight rebounds before fouling out in the game's final minute of a win over Gloucester.
Against Cecil, Taylor controlled both ends of the floor, scoring 27 points while pulling in a career-high 19 rebounds, including 16 on the defensive glass.
Rolle-ing Along
The Fighting Owls have had a secondary scorer this year to go along with
Tiffany Taylor's excellent freshman campaign.
Sophomore
Aniya Rolle has taken a leadership role for first-year head coach
Ashley Sammons as well as ranking second on the team in scoring with 10.2 ppg.
Rolle has netted double-digit scoring numbers on nine different occasions, including a season-best 22 points against ASA.
Against Howard, Rolle scored 16 points and pulled in a personal-best eight rebounds.
Overall this year, Rolle ranks second with 25 triples while boasting a team-best 78.1 free-throw percentage.
Hall The Way
The Fighting Owls have a set of athletic twins on three different rosters this season. Sophomores Jaclyn and
Kaitlyn Hall are starters on the volleyball, basketball and lacrosse teams for Harford.
After a successful season for head coach Jason Colangelo, the Halls traded in their volleyball sneakers and kneepads for basketball trunks for the first time at the collegiate level.
Jaclyn has started 15 of the teams 17 games at the power forward position for
Ashley Sammons, averaging 3.4 ppg and 5.6 rpg. Kaitlyn has improved in the second semester and has started the last four games along with her sister at the small forward position.
They also will put on the lacrosse gear for the second-straight season at Harford this spring. Even though there is a new lacrosse head coach, the Hall twins will not have to adjust. Lindsey Gormley, the new coach serves as the assistant women's basketball coach as well.
The Hall's both will be attending Wilmington on a lacrosse scholarship next season.
All Knight Long
Sarah Knight has the same number of rebounds (18) in her past two games as she did in her first 12 contests.
A Special Season
The 2010-11 season has been dedicated to the memory of Devonte Bundley.
The freshman student-athlete tragically passed away during the first day of practice.
On opening day, Harford honored Bundley by giving his family his Harford basketball sneaker, a signed team photo and his official Harford No. 21 jersey. The Athletic Department also announced that it will be officially retiring his No. 21 jersey.
As a sign that Devonte will be with the team all year, the coaching staff will place his white jersey on the bench at every game, both home and away.
Both the men's and women's Fighting Owl basketball teams will wear a black No. 21 sticker on their right sneaker all season in his memory.
