BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford men's soccer team (9-2-1, 7-0-1) seems to be tightening its grip on the MD JUCO Standings after another home victory. This time, the Fighting Owls dominated play from all aspects in a 5-0 whitewash of Anne Arundel (6-8-0, 4-6-0).

Brendan Cole continued his hot streak, scoring twice in the win. The sophomore forward now has 14 points (6G, 2A) in his last three games.

Glenn Grove added his third game winner of the season, after connecting on the first goal of the night off a beautiful cross by Chris Panian. Cole scored the next two, off assists by Jesse Bane and Nick Raivel.

Bryan Steinour and Dylan Tipton provided the final goals for the 5-0 margin. The defense again stepped up big to earn their fifth shutout of the season. The offense has tallied five goals in each of the last three games.

Justin Brooks improved to 5-2-1 on the year, making 2 saves.

The Fighting Owls return to action at home against Prince Goerge's at noon on Saturday.
