ABERDEEN, Md. - The Harford women's basketball team (4-4, 0-2 MD JUCO) lost a home conference macth to Cecil on Tuesday, 65-57. Shelby Key led all scorers with a career-high 25 points in the loss.

After the Seahawks tied the score at 45-45 with 8:48 remaining, the Fighting Owls hit a cold stretch and were outscored 20-12 for the remainder of the contest.

Key was 9-for-23 from the floor and 7-of-12 fom the line to total her career-best numbers. She had six rebounds, four assists and four steals.

The Fighting Owls, who outrebounded every opponent this season by a wide margin, were outmuscled on the glass 59-36.

Harford travels to rival Hagerstown on Nov. 30 for its next contest.
