Softball Streaks Ends At Home

BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford softball team had its season-high six game winning streak come to an end with a doubleheader loss against Catonsville. The Fighting Owls fell to 6-9 on the year after losing 13-3 and 13-9 at home.

In game two, Sam Stiles gave Harford a 2-0 lead with her fourth home run of the season. Harford would fall behaind but immediately take a lead into the final inning.

Leading 9-6 and needing just one out to earn a Saturday split, The Fighting Owls allowed seven unanswered runs and lost 13-6.

Harford hosts Prince George's on Wednesday in a doubleheader conference afternoon, beginning at 3 p.m.
