BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford softball team dropped a pair of games at home to Gloucester, the sixth-ranked Division III team, on Sunday. The Fighting Owls lost 11-4 and 13-1 to the Roadrunners.
In game one,
Ashley Crowe and
Becky Kraft both went 2-for-3, as Kraft knocked in two of the four runs.
Rischelle Griffin connected on her second home run of the season, a solo shot in the sixth inning.
Sam Stiles scored the team's lone run in game two, on an RBI-single by Griffin.
The Fighting Owls travel to Chesapeake for a conference doubleheader on Wednesday.
