Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 AIKEN, S.C. - The Harford softball team dropped a pair of contests at the season opening Aiken Tech Tournament on Friday. The Fighting Owls fell 13-0 to Georgia Military and 16-2 to East Georgia.

Freshman lefthander Jess Sanders came in relief in the first game and retired eight of her final 11 batters, but the Georgia Military pitching staff stiffled the Harford offense, allowing jst one hit.

In game two, sophomore Ashley Crowe collected three hits, including an RBI-triple in the fifth inning. Freshman Kebrina Johnson had a first-inning RBI for her first collegiate softball statistic.

The Fighting Owls have three contests against Division I opponents on Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m.
