WYE MILLS, Md. - The No 17 Harford baseball team (32-8, 17-1 MD JUCO) claimed a doubleheader sweep of fellow Division I opponent Chesapeake (19-13, 11-7 MD JUCO) on the road on Saturday. The Fighting Owls scored eight runs in both contests, winning 8-3 and 8-4.

Taylor Nelson (3-1) won his second consecutive start, scattering six hits in 6.1 innings of work in the opener.
Matt Petrizzi finished the win getting a pop out and groundout in the seventh.
Cory Shaver,
James Wilson and
Jerry Jerminski each chipped in with a pair of hits. Shaver and Jerminski each had a pair of RBI singles while Wilson added a two-run double.
Harford 8, Chesapeake 4
Jason Seitler (7-1) improved to 7-0 in seven starts with a five-plus inning effort on Saturday. He allowed three earned runs on four hits while stiking out five and walking four.
Nick Stallings pitched the final two innings allowing just one hit while strikng out three.
Norm Donkin went 3-for-4 with a double and three runs scored, while
Nick Octavi had a pair of RBI singles.
Dennis Mitchell and
Jon McAllister also added two hits in the win.
The Fighting Owls travel to Prince George's on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
