BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford baseball team (6-3) took down Delaware County (0-1) on Thursday, 15-2. Freshman Shane Garrett continued his early season dominance in the victory.

Garrett went 3-for-4 with four runs scored in the victory. He also pitched a scoreless seventh with two strikeouts in his first appearance on the mound this season.

Carlos-Henri Ferre earned the win to improve to 2-0 on the season. He pitched a one-hit first inning on a pitch count.

The Fighting Owls take on Alfred State on Saturday at home at 2 p.m.
