BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford women's basketball team (3-0) blasted Brookdale (0-1) in a non-conference tilt on Tuesday, 101-37. Five Fighting Owls tallied double figures, led by
Zana Godoy's 23 markers.
Godoy became the second-straight player to narrowly miss a triple-double in the blowout. The sophomore guard added 10 steals and nine assists while connecting on five triples for the undefeated Fighting Owls.
Ashley Smith missed the feat by one steal last week.
Mia Fitts added 14 points and 14 rebounds while
Jasalyn Denkins chipped in with 19 points. Smith had 15 points and 11 assists and Ashley Hightower had 13 points and nine caroms in her Fighting Owl debut.
Harford travels to Monroe College to face Hillsboro on Saturday at noon.
