SUPPLY, N.C. - The Harford women's basketball team (10-4) won its fifth-straight game with a 74-61 victory over Cape Fear (8-4) on Friday. The victory gave the Fighting Owls the 2014 Brunswick Christmas Classic title.

Four Fighting Owls tallied double digits and a fifth added nine points in the team win. Ashley Hightower led the team with 16 points and 14 rebounds while Mia Fitts added 15 points and three 3-pointers. Jasalyn Denkins chipped in with 14 and Ashley Smith had a dozen and five assists. Zana Godoy just missed double figures.

The Fighting Owls are back on the court in 20 days when they travel to Southern Maryland on Jan. 9.
