BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford baseball team earned a doubleheader sweep of Burlington at home on Tuesday evening. The Fighting Owls won 12-2 and 7-2 to improve to 5-8 on the year.

Eight of nine starters had at least one hit as the bats woke up and erased an early 2-0 deficit for the 10-run win.

Craig Joseph each had two hits while Young added two RBIs and Jospeh knocked in three.
Dalton Reed escaped a few jams and earned his first career win. He went the distance, allowing two runs on seven hits while striking out and walking three.
Harford 7, Burlington 2
James English scattered two hits and allowed a pair of unearned runs to claim a win in his first career start.
Ben Collincini finished it off to earn his first save.
Cody Brittain and
Rob Koski both had two hits and two RBIs. Brittain gave Harford a 2-1 lead on a single in the second inning and clubbed his first career home run in the sixth. Koski singled home a pair in the sixth to make it 7-2.
Thursday's game against Cecil has been postponed. Harford travels to Southern Maryland on Saturday.
