Box Score 2 SEWELL, N.J. - The Harford softball team (9-13) lost a pair of nonconference contests at Gloucester, 4-0 and 4-2.
The Fighting Owls were two-hit in the opener, as Sam Sullivan allowed four runs in the loss. The team was limited to a pair of singles by
Tori Brooks and
Fabiana Della-Monica but only trailed 1-0 in the sixth. The Roadrunners plated three more runs to put the game away.
In game two,
Abby Young doubled in the fourth and back-to-back RBI singles by Della-Monica and Sullivan gave Harford a 2-0 lead. The Roadrunners answered with a four-spot in the fifth to claim the sweep.
Harford travels to Burlington on Sunday.
