BALTIMORE - The Harford baseball team avenged an earlier conference loss with a 21-2 drubbing of CCBC Dundalk on Thursday. The Fighting Owls had a season-high 20 hits in the victory.

Cody Brittain had a career-best five hit afterrnoon, going 5-for-6 with three runs scored ana pair knocked in. Five  others had multiple hits, including a 3-for-4 effort by Daulton Weeks. Joe Sheeran went 2-for-4 with four RBIs.

Justin Malehorn, Rob Koski and Brandon Smith each chipped in with two hits and two runs. They all knocked in a run, with Malehorn collecting two RBIs. The offense worked eight walks and reached base via HBP three times.

John Hetterman was the benifactor of the run support. He earned the win, tossing four innings while allowing two unearned runs.

Harford travels to Chesapeake on Saturday.
