Box Score NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - The Harford women's basketball team (4-1) suffered its first loss of the season to No. 3 Monroe CC (5-0) on Sunday. The Fighting Owls dominated the fourth quarter, but couldn't overcome a sluggish third quarter in the 98-93 loss.

Daisa Harris recorded her best contest of an impressive start to her collegiate career with a career-high 32 points and 12 assists. Guards Mia Fitts and Darra Walker also kept the Fighting Owls close. Fitts had 23 points and Walker added 17. The trio combined for 13 3-pointers, with Fitts connecting on six triples.

The Fighting Owls travel to Allegany on Tuesday for their conference opener.
