Newark, N.J. – The #17 Harford Fighting Owls went up against #2 Monroe College in the Northeast District Championship Finals on Saturday, falling to the Mustangs 10-0 to finish as the runner-up.
Because of injury and a red card suspension, Harford would line up with just 10 players in the first 20 minutes and nine players in the final 70 minutes.
Overall, it was a gutsy performance from a Harford side that, when healthy, is one of the best in the NJCAA.
