HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Defense was the story early on as the two teams held each other to just two shots over the first 15 minutes.
  • The Mustang's offense would flip the script over the next half hour, scoring four goals to take a 4-0 lead into the break.
  • Monroe continued their frenetic offensive pace out of the half, doubling their lead within the first 15 minutes.
  • Sommer Law's first goal as a Fighting Owl put Harford on the board in the 73rd minute. The Mustangs would answer with their ninth goal of the game before full time to give Monroe a 9-1 win.
