CRANFORD, N.J. – A pair of triple-doubles ensured Harford remained unbeaten this season, as the Fighting Owls took care of business against Union County, 78-51, Tuesday night inside the Union County College Gymnasium.

Leading the way was freshman center Zaria Newson, who finished with career high marks in points (23), rebounds (19) and blocks (10) to earn her first triple-double.

Not to be overlooked was the night had by fellow frosh Demeya Felder, as she rounded up a personal best 22 points and 18 rebounds to pair with a team leading 10 assists.

Harford is now 8-0 on the year after the win, while Union County falls to 8-4.

Turning Point
The Fighting Owls had another trademark strong start, blasting Union County for 24 points in the opening 10 minutes. Harford's defense was equally as effective, limiting the other Owls to just two points in the same stretch.

• Jada Lake finished with 15 points thanks to a 7-for-11 mark from the floor.
