Fighting Owls Fall Short in Semifinals

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Fighting Owls were handed just second defeat of the season on Saturday, falling to the Catonsville Cardinals, 66-65, in the second round of the Title IX D.C. Classic.

For the seventh time this season, Harford guard Kelvajha Foster earned a double-double. She led the Fighting Owls in points (20) and rebounds (17). 

Harford falls to 12-2 after the loss.

Box Score Highlights
• Tsahai Corbie scored 17 points, while Demeya Felder pushed through 14 along with seven rebounds.
• Corbie and Felder tied Jaelyne Deveaux for the team lead in assists with three.
• Harford's 30.6% shooting percentage for the game is their second worst mark of the year.
• The Fighting Owls pulled down a season low 35 rebounds.
