BEL AIR, Md. – Alex Barker's sacrifice fly allowed Ajay Sczepekowski to score in the fifth, tipping the scales in the Fighting Owls favor, as Harford grasped onto a 6-5 victory over the Lackawanna Falcons in the first game of Sunday's doubleheader.

Barker got the start from the mound, holding a 2-0 lead on Sczepkowski's two-run bomb in the opening frame. Lackawanna took over with a trio of scores in the third, but Joshua Brown's single drove home a pair of Fighting Owls to return the lead to Harford. An additional run if the fourth and fifth proved to be enough to hold off the Falcons' late charge.

Harford heads to 3-1 on the year with the win, while Lackawanna tumbles to 1-6.
