KUTZTOWN, Pa. - The Harford men's tennis team completed its 2021 regular season on Monday, defeating the Kutztown University Bears, 7-0.
How it Happened
Kutzdown proved to be no match for the red hot Fighting Owls, as Harford took all nine matches with relative ease.
Just like they have all season,
Adrien Guibert and
Harry Collins led the parliament in the top flight. The duo took an easy 6-0 victory in No. 1 doubles, then picked up wins in No. 1 and No. 2 singles in straight sets.
Pablo Lopez Real and Jocep Coll Llopis teamed together in No. 2 doubles and picked up a win, then won 6-0, 6-1 and 6-1, 6-0 in their singles matches.
Pablo Poleo and
Mathius Dessureau rounded out Harford's complete performance with a 6-3 win in No. 3 duos. Neither faced much opposition in singles, as both went on to defeat the Bears in straight sets.
