BEL AIR, Md. - A quartet of goal scorers and an own goal proved to be plenty for the Fighting Owls, as they down Southern Maryland (CSM) 5-1 on Thursday afteroon inside Harford Stadium.
Philipp Gall,
Ronin Bangs,
Alexis Garcia and Noah Hernandez-Peralta all hit pay dirt across 90 minutes of play. Harford never trailed in the contest, taking its first lead of the day on Gall's goal for a 1-0 lead. Bangs doubled the advantage in the 36th before CSM made it 2-1 just before the break.
An own goal two minutes out of halftime boosted the Fighting Owls lead back to two, then Garcia tucked home a
Nick Feinour assist to give the men in blue a 4-1 lead. Hernandez-Peralta came on late and sealed the deal for Harford with his 87th minute goal.
