The No. 10 Harford Fighting Owls (48-8) look to keep their season when they take on the No. 7 Cowley College Tigers (50-10) in an elimination game on day two of the NJCAA Division I JUCO World Series.
Harford dropped its opening round matchup with top-seeded Walters State, 12-6. The Tigers fell on the wrong side of an 8-2 scoreline against No. 4 College of Central Florida. The winner between the Fighting Owls and Cowley College advances to Monday, when they will either take on No. 3 McLennan or No. 9 Snead State.

- Shortstop David Herring has 64 RBI with nine home runs and a .348 batting average
- On the mound, Grand Adler was 11-0 coming into the JUCO World Series but took the defeat against College of Central Florida
- Chance Cox and Aaron Weber are both 7-0. Cox did not pitch yesterday but Aaron Weber tossed 3 1/3
