BEL AIR, MD - After wrapping up the regular season with a sweep at home versus the College of Southern Maryland, the Fighting Owls have their eyes on the postseason and potentially earning a trip to a National Championship. The winner of the Tournament is the Region 10 Champion and will play at the Region 22 (AL) Tournament Runner-up on May 12-14, 2023 for the Mid-Atlantic District Championship and a bid to the DI National Tournament at the Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Alabama on May 23-27, 2023.
The Region 10 DI Softball Tournament is being held at Pine Grove Sports Complex in West Columbia, South Carolina from May 4-6.
The Tournament Seeding is as follows:
- Gaston College (15-1, 38-8)
- USC Union (10-6, 19-22)
- Region 20 (MD): Harford Community College (23-6)
- Spartanburg Methodist College (8-8, 19-23)
- Florence-Darlington Technical College (6-10, 22-17)
- Region 15 (NY): Monroe College (24-22)
- USC Sumter (1-15, 2-26)
