BEL AIR, MD - Harford women's basketball hosted the Harcum Bears in a division one matchup at APGFCU arena last night. Historically the Fighting Owls have won 7 of 11 contests, but were not able to secure a win in their most recent matchup. After the loss, Harford falls to 3-11 while Harcum improves to 13-3 on the year.
The Fighting Owls struggled to produced offensively throughout the first three periods, scoring single-digits while Harcum piled on the points and pulled further away from reach.
Phoebe Bannan lead the scoring for the home team with 8 points, while
Molly Mullaney lead the defensive effort on the boards grabbing 9 rebounds. The Harcum bench contributed 63 points of their 108, while 56 points came from turnovers.Â
