NEW ORLEANS - The Harford Fighting Owls Women's Cross Country Team was recognized for outstanding academic and athletic performance during the 2023 NJCAA Cross Country seasons, and brought home USTFCCCA All-Academic honors, as announced on Thursday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
This is the first year that the USTFCCCA has honored All-Academic NJCAA athletes and teams as well as Scholar Athlete of the Year and Scholar Team of the Year for all three NJCAA divisions for cross country.
Harford earned a cumulative 3.7 team GPA through the Fall semester, ranking them in the top 10 for all NJCAA programs.
