Earned Second-Team All-Region XX...Tied for team lead with nine victories as a freshman...Posted team-best 3.21 earned-run average...Appeared in a team-high 20 contests, including 12 starts, owning a 9-3 record...Worked 67.1 innings with 74 strikeouts while walking just 28...Owned a 9.89 strikeouts per nine innings and a team-best 2.64 strikeout-to-walk ratio...Tossed two complete games and worked a pair of combined shutouts...Had a career-best day at Hagerstown (April 30), earning the win while tossing 7.0 innings of three-hit ball while striking out a career-high 10 batters for his eighth win of the year...Earned his first career win in his first career appearance at Brunswick (Feb. 13), a 1-0 win with a combined shutout...Team was 16-4 in games he pitched in.
