Victor Denard has been playing soccer for 41 years. As a youth player he was on the Virginia State and Region I Olympic Development teams, was on the 1990 National Junior Challenge Cup (James P. McGuire Cup) Region I Finalist - PWSI Spartans, and was a member of the Woodbridge Senior High School team that won 2 Virginia state soccer championships.
Denard played NCAA Division I soccer at Towson University, was the vice-president of the Maryland Major Soccer League, and manager/board member of the Fallston Over-30 soccer league. He was the Harford Technical High School Junior Varsity boys soccer coach and has been coaching youth soccer at the club level in Harford County for 13 years. Victor has US Soccer National D and NSCAA (Level 6) Regional licenses.
