He won the 2014 Region XX Championship...He played in 55 games, split between mostly short stop and second base...He batted for a .282 batting average in 181 at bats...He led the team with 27 stolen bases...He scored 48 runs, fourth most on the team...He drew 19 walks in 225 plate appearances...He led the MD JUCO conferences with 19 sacrifices.

Born on March 29, 1995 in Coatesville, Pa....He is the son of Kathy and Dean Young...He has a brother, Ty, who played baseball at the University of Louisville and was drafted in the Seventh round of the First Year Player Draft by the Tampa Bay Rays...He enjoys playing ping pong...His favorite athletes are Scott Rolen and Chase Utley...His favorite saying is, "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take."
