Harford Community College Athletics

F. Qoun Paulin enters her second year as the Fighting Owls assistant women's basketball coach.

In her first year as an assistant coach at Harford under head coach Mike Seney, she helped get the program to the NJCAA Nationals in Lubbock, Tex. for the first time in Harford women's basketball history and a record of 27-3.

Coach Quon has been coaching basketball for over 8 years (7 years as a head coach), 5 years coaching boys basketball for Harford Dream Team and 4 years as the head coach for Edgewood High School Girls Basketball Program. Her 1st year as head coach for Edgewood Girls basketball was quite a success as the team went undefeated in the Susquehanna Division and was runner up in the UCBAC Championship. In 2014-15 season, she took the program all the way to the 3rd round of Maryland state basketball playoffs; first time ever in Edgewood High School Girls basketball history. 

Paulin is also a basketball skills trainer with the Harford United Under Armour Basketball Program, where she has coached kids as young as 4 years old all the way up to NCAA Division I men and women athletes.

Paulin played basketball in New York and Miami where she played as a combo guard all through high school.

Coach Quon also has an associate's degree in Aviation Management and currently pursuing a second degree in Human Resources Management.

Paulin brings to the program a ton of experience in skill development and strong defensive concepts.
