Quren Santiago joined the Fighting Owls women's basketball coaching staff in August 2026. She brings experience as a former Harford student-athlete and a strong commitment to player development.

Santiago began her basketball career at Harford Technical High School, where she played four years on the varsity team and helped lead the program to a regional championship in 2020. She continued her playing career at Harford Community College, competing for the Fighting Owls during the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons while earning her associate degree in exercise science.

She transferred to Texas A&M University-Texarkana, where she played women's basketball from 2023-2025. Following her playing career, Santiago served as a student assistant with the program while completing her bachelor's degree in kinesiology, which she earned in December 2025.

Santiago began her coaching journey in the summer of 2022, working with the Maryland Chaos and Harford County United AAU basketball programs. She returns to coaching with a passion for giving back to the game and helping young athletes find the same opportunities that basketball provided throughout her own journey.
