Holly Webb returns to the assistant coaching ranks for her third season under head coach Nikki Murphy. Webb has helped the Fighting Owls reach the NJCAA Tournament in each of her first two seasons, including a Regionn Championship and a pair of MD JUCO Championships.

In 2013, Webb was a volunteer assistant and in 2014, she stepped into the second assistant spot for the Fighting Owls.

Webb earned 2011 NJCAA All-American honors for the Fighting Owls after a 34-goal, 12-assist sophomore season. She finished her Harford career with 68 goals, 18 assists and 86 points in her career. 

After Harford, Webb attended Slippery Rock University, an NCAA Division II school in Pennsylvania, and starred on the lacrosse field. She started 31 games and scored 52 goals, 19 assists and 71 points in two seasons. She netted 26 goals in both her junior and senior campaigns.
