Lisa (Parr) Still, former  NJCAA All-American, returns for her fifth season on the staff under head coach Nikki Murphy.

In 2015, she helped the Fighting Owls to the program's first Region XX Championship with a 22-12 win over Nassau. Harford won 10 games, the second-most in school history, behind the 11-4 2002 team. Parr also helped the team earn another share of the conference title and mentored Karley Bush, the program's all-time leading scorer with 112 goals and 128 points.

In 2014, Parr helped guide the team to a 9-8 campaign, marking the first time since 2008 that the Fighting Owls finished above .500. Harford advanced to the Region XX Championship Final and the NJCAA Tournament for the second-straight season. All four MD JUCO teams finished with identical 3-3 records, and the Fighting Owls shared the 2014 MD JUCO Title.

Parr helped step up and lead Harford to an eight-win season, the second-most in school history in her second year on the sidelines. While Murphy stepped away on maternity leave, Parr and fellow assistant Cailey Aburn guided the team.

Parr was a star for the Harford women's lacrosse team from 2007-08, ranking in the top 10 in the nation in goals both years and finishing with a school record 86 goals and 102 points. As a sophomore, she ranked fifth in the NJCAA with 51 goals, earning NJCAA All-American honors.

She graduated from Towson with a degree in health science in 2011.
