Harford Community College Athletics

Dana Casey has been assisting the women's soccer program for the past nine years, helping the program soar to new heights. With Casey on the sideline with head coach Jason Muffoletto, the Fighting Owls own a 120-34-11 record.

During Casey's time on the pitch, the Fighting Owls have reached the Region XX Championship game in seven of the last eight seasons and advanced all the way to the National Tournament four times, including this past season and the record-setting 2011 season.

From 2010-14, Casey added the Academic Support Specialist title to her portfolio. She was responsible for working with coaches and athletes in order to maintain good academic standing.

Casey distributed weekly attendance reports to the coaching staff, who in turn distributed the forms to their athletes. The athletes are responsible for having their professors sign the form at every class meeting, and she uses the sheets to track an athlete's attendance in each course.

She also works in the admissions office at Harford.

She played club soccer at Villanova University, graduating in 1998.
