Patrick Kelly joined the Harford women's soccer staff as a second assistant in 2025.
A 2017 graduate of Fallston High School, he proceeded to play at Cecil College (2017-2019). A captain his sophomore season, Kelly played a variety of roles, although his main positions were striker and outside mid. He returned to Cecil as an assistant coach in 2019 for the men's and women's soccer programs.
Kelly is a former owner, director and coach of the Sporting Baltimore Soccer Club, head coach of the 2014 and 2010 boys teams, as well as an assistant coach of the 2009 boys, 2011 girls and boys, and 2013 boys teams. The club focuses on player skills development and developing good life skills/habits, such as accountability. Additionally, Kelly spent time as an assistant director and coach for Crab Kickers Soccer, where he demonstrated commitment and dedication, helping the group grow to over 20 locations, day cares and camps. He also has his 7v7, 9v9 and 11v11 licenses, and plans to obtain his U.S. Soccer D license.Â
