NORTHEAST, Md. - The Harford volleyball team (8-9, 5-5) took down rival Cecil (5-8, 4-6) on the road on Tuesday in five sets, 16-25, 25-21, 20-25, 25-14, 15-11.
Amanda Mackey pounded out 10 kills in the win, one off her career high. She added a pair of key solo blocks as well.
Amanda Barger played a solid all-around game with five kills and 15 digs. Her dig total marked the fourth time she has reached double figures, and her second-best career performance behind her 18 against Essex.
Emma Anderson netted her second career double-double with a career-high 13 digs and 19 assists. She also added four aces.
The Fighting Owls travel to Delaware Tech-Terry on Thursday for a 7 p.m. start.
