Men's Hoops Falls At Home, 82-71

BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford men's basketball team (4-1, 0-1) lost its first game of the season to Dundalk at home, 82-71. Brandon Selby netted a double-double to led three Fighting Owls in double figures.

The Lions were led by Xavier Chargois' 35 points. He scored 23 in the first half and the Harford defense held him to just 12 after halftime, but the come-back effort fell short.

Selby scored 13 points and added 11 rebounds in the loss. Jeff Joynes scored 12 and Desi Johnson added 10 off the bench for Harford. Digges Bosley and Adam Fongyen chipped in with nine and eight points, respectively.

The men's team is back in action on the road on Tuesday against conference foe Prince George's.
