Men's Basketball Falls At Catonsville

BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford men's basketball team dropped a road conference match at Catonsville on Friday, 85-58.

The Fighting Owls shot just 18-for-65 (27.7 percent) from the floor in the loss, tieing a season-low. Harford also shot 18-for-65 in a season-opening win over Gloucester, 50-48.

Jada Johnson led the Fighting Owls with 15 points, while Lionel Perkins added 12 markers.

Harford returns home for a special doubleheader on Monday, Jan. 31. It will be the final doubleheader at the Susquehanna Center before the builing is closed for renovations and the new Susquehanna Center opens with a new gymnasium for the 2012-2013 season. It will also be the final home game for three sophomores. The contest against Hagerstown begins at 7 p.m.
