COLUMBIA, Md. - The Harford volleyball team dropped a five-set conference match at Howard on Friday. The Dragons came out on top, 18-25, 25-21, 17-25, 25-16, 15-13.

Amanda Mackey led the offense with nine kills and zero errors in 21 attempts. Three freshmen each chipped in with eight kills apiece, as Lauren Cappellini, Marissa Curran and Brandi Smith were productive.

Tina Arzola set a career high with 33 assists, Maddie Hewitt totaled 14 digs and Smith added eight service aces.

The Fighting Owls travel to Valley Forge Military on Monday.
