ROCKVILLE, Md. - The Harford men's soccer team (6-4-0, 6-2-0 MD JUCO) lost just its second conference game in the last two years, falling 3-0 at Montgomery (8-3-2, 5-1-1 MD JUCO) on Wednesday. The Fighting Owls slip into a first place tie with Howard, the other team that defeated Harford this season.
Tied 0-0 at the half, the Raptors took control of the contest in the final 45. Montgomery's Mohammad Oulare scored back-to-back goals in the 69th and 70th minutes. Five minutes later, the Raptors extended the lead to 3-0.
Harford managed just seven shots in the loss, and just two on goal.
Windell Reid made nine saves in goal.
The Fighting Owls travel to Prince George's on Friday at 6 p.m.
