Men's Soccer Drops 1-0 Game At PG

LARGO, Md. - The Harford men's soccer team (6-5-0, 6-3-0 MD JUCO) lost is second-straight conference game on Friday, falling 1-0 at Prince George's (5-6-0, 4-2-0 MD JUCO). The loss, coupled with a Howard win, slid the Fighting Owls from a first-place tie into sole possesion of second place.

PG's Reynero Pacheco dominated in goal to earn the shutout. The reigning two-time NJCAA DIII Goalie of the Week made nine saves in the win.

The PG Owls notched the only goal in the 68th minute when Granit Krasniqi found the back of the net.

Prior to this week and the two-game Fighting Owl losing streak, Harford had won 20 of its last 22 MD JUCO games, going 20-1-1 in that span.

The team will try and bounce back on Monday with a non-conference home tilt against Delaware Tech-Stanton at 5 p.m.
