BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford volleyball team (15-3, 8-0 MD JUCO) extended its season-high win streak to seven matches with a 3-0 sweepof CCBC Catonsville on Thursday. The Fighting Owls won 25-14, 25-11, 25-11.

For the second-straight match, Lauren Brown did not committ a hitting error. The rookie had eight kills in 11 attempts for a .727 hitting clip. Her sister Alexis Goldston also had eight kills without an error. Hers came in nine attempts for a hitting percentage of .889.

Ashley Joyner was the third Fighting Owl with eight kills, but the squad was led by Lexie Roberts' nine kills. Fabiana Della-Monica had 23 assists in two sets as the setter, while Julua Berg chipped in with 11 in the third set.

Harford travels to Hagerstown for the Tracey Leather Tournament on Saturday and Sunday.
