BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford men's basketball team (2-7) dropped a 99-93 decision to Penn State-York at home on Monday. The Fighting Owls fought back from double-digit defecits but could not take the lead late.
Chidozie Omile led Harford with 17 points off the bench, including 4-of-5 from behind the arc.
Davonte Williams chipped in with 16 points and a team-best six rebounds in the loss.
Byron Hawkes added 15 points, five rebounds and four helpers while
Shendell Chase netted 10 points in the second half.
Penn State-York was led by Josh Jamison's 26 points and Logan Steckel's 18 points, which all came in the first half.
Harford is back in action on Dec. 4 at Frederick.
