LARGO, Md. - With a 96-91 road win over Prince George's on Friday, the men's basketball team improved to 4-2 in MD JUCO play, tying the Fighting Owls for the conference lesd in wins.

The Fighting Owls took a 10-point halftime lead and held of the other Owls to claim the victory. PG tied the game twice in the second half, but Harford built a 13-point lead before holding off the home team at the line.

Byron Hawkes led the Fighting Owls with 20 points and seven assists. Wyatt Smith had 18 points and nine rebounds while Chidozie Omile added 17 markers.

Shendell Chase netted 14 points including 12 in the opening frame. The Fighting Owls travel to Brunswick next weekend.
