BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford women's soccer team (12-3-1) ended the regular season in exciting fashion, dropping Mercyhurst North East (11-5-1), 11-0. The Fighting Owls totaled double-digit goals for the third time this season.

Nicole Wojcik scored three times and assisted on two more in the win for eight points, while Savannah Humphreys scored three times and dished out three helpers for nine points. Karley Bush also had a hat trick to bring her MD JUCO-leading goal total to 23.

Lauren Vesely and Angela Kuhn also found the back of the net. Kuhn's was a header off a corner and Vesely's was a chip shot by the goalie.

Ashley King made a pair of saves in the eighth shutout of the season.

The Fighting Owls participate in the 2014 Region XX Championships on Oct. 30 at CCBC Dundalk.
