BEL AIR, Md. - All 13 student-athletes performed in the 2014 season opener for the Harford volleyball team (5-0), a 3-0 sweep over Delaware County (0-1) on Tuesday. The Fighting Owls totaled 29 service aces and 17 kills in the victory.

Tiyana Bumbray and Haleigh Plummer both led the way with five kills. Plummer and Fabiana Della-Monica had seven aces apiece. Victoria Karayinopulos, Lauren Brown and Deja Williams added three aces.

The Fighting Owls welcome Montgomery (3-1) to APGFCU Arena on Thursday. The two teams met in the finals of Pool A at last weekend's Dragon Invite, a five-set Harford win.
