Box Score BEL AIR, Md. -- Harford Men's Soccer dropped a foul-riddled affair to CCBC Essex 4-0 to remain winless on the season.

Essex (4-0, 1-0 MD JUCO) jumped all over the home standing Fighting Owls, scoring three times in the first ten minutes of the game. From that point on, the game was marred with late fouls and yellow cards. Harford players were assessed with nine yellow cards in the match while Essex players were cautioned three times.

Austin Carlvaro was shown a straight red card in the 53rd minute for a late slide tackle from behind. He was ejected and will be suspended for Harford's next contest. Essex forward Casey Bechtel only played 15 minutes but was yellow carded twice and shown the subsequent red card.

Guillermo Almirall opened the scoring for the Knights just 1:26 into the game with a slick left-footed shot that deflected low off the left post and into the net. Shawn Geary made it 2-0 for Essex 2:15 into the game, chipping keeper
Ian Dowding. Nicholas Jones put Essex ahead 3-0 with just seven minutes played in the game. Roman Bubalo finished off the scoring for Essex in the 86th minute with a well-placed shot from just outside the box.

Harford (0-3, 0-1 MD JUCO) only managed two shots on goal. Dowding made four saves in goal in 40 minutes before being subbed out with a yellow card for backupÂ
