COLUMBIA, Md. -- The Fighting Owls set the single game scoring record en route to their eighth straight win, beating Howard 119-47.
Mia Fitts and
Jasalyn Denkins each posted double-doubles to lead Harford (13-4, 4-2 MD JUCO) to the win on the road.

Fitts led the way on the scoresheet, scoring a game-high 25 points on an efficient 11-for-14 shooting performance. She went 3-for-3 from behind the arc as well. Fitts also grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out five assists.

Denkins scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to complete her fifth double-double of the season. It was also her third consecutive game with a double-double.
Jazmin Johnson (20 points), Ashley Hightower (18 points) and
Ashley Smith (14 points) rounded out the scoring for the starting five as they all reached double figures.
Connor Hanley 15 rebounds off the bench to lead the team.
