BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford women's basketball team continued its season-opening hot streak with another blowout victory. The Fighting Owls bounced Rowan-Burlington 111-54 on Tuesday.
Mia Fitts led the Fighting Owls with 19 points while
Sheri Addison netted 18 off the bench. Three other Fighting Owls tallied double figures as
P. Imani Gilliard scored a career-best 12 markers and
Darra Walker and
Janessa Fauntroy chipped in with 11 and 10, respectively.
Daisa Harris paced the attack with nine points and a career-best eight assists for Harford, who never trailed in the contest. The Fighting Owls average 107.7 points per game through three contests, scoring in triple figures twice and 99 points the other.
The Fighting Owls hit the road for the first time all season on Saturday as they face Mohawk Valley and Monroe CC in New Rochelle, N.Y. over the weekend.
